The output from the change service is a PLM service in-operation ready for use. Once the PLM wanted position is identified, decided and planned the work starts to change the existing PLM In-Operation capability. The work includes designing, building and testing the changed processes, roles and applications. From a user and from a maintenance perspective. The work also includes the transition of the new PLM capabilities into Service Operations and ensuring decided service level agreements.

The work packages which Coresource uses are based on leading practices taken from IT Service Management and Telecom. The change work will also provide for a GPOC – Global Proof of Concept and LPOC – Local Proof of Concept. The later for Service In-Operation use. All the necessary practices for people, data and file change and migration to be used In-Operation is a part of the change service.
